Excelent quick and easy service. Just answer questions and don't have but just a few forms to fill out and they take care of the rest. Thier closing cost & interest rate was better than the others that I looked at and reasonable in my openion.
Although I am pleased with the results in the end, getting to closing was more than a task. I felt that some things asked for was redundant. I would recommend them but not to someone that owns more than one property or who uses their credit often.

Communication dropped off toward the end when we were trying very hard to meet the original closing date. Nothing against Veterans United I would not advise anyone to go VA. Too much red tape,inspections and delays.

The only issue we had was with the daily rush to get items at the last minute. Also having to redraft letters with the correct info which weren't Steve Humbles fault but from someone else. Lastly everything was a rush in our end but not on your end.
