My experience with Veterans United Home Loans was excellent. My transaction coordinator Caleb Bales and Ted Richardson who was my Senior Loan Officer were awesome. They kept me informed and worked diligently with me to get my loan approved.
First loan agent was not very responsive however when Brendan took over we had excellent service. If all of yiur employes were like Brendan Wilson you would never have a negative complaint. So Thank You Brendan Wilson for your outstanding job.
Michelle was very helpful. She kept me abreast throughout the entire process. She is an asset to your organization. She definitely is well versed on the entire loan process. Thank You very much for all you have done.

Started off very good,loan officer got changed, middle was frustrating because of new loan officer, got better when we worked with someone else, but we have the house now so whatever.
Very thorough and persistent. did not quit and kept looking for ways to make sure that we got what we needed for the loan.
