Tim Overshiner was fantastic to work with. When I had problems obtaining my COE, he went above and beyond, sitting on the phone with the VA for hours on end, to ensure we not only got the COE but were able to still close on time.

Mr. Steve Staszcuk amazed me with his quick turn-a-round on each and every question I had with the process. And almost all of the time he was pushing answers before I even asked. His work was in one word, exceptional.
My loan officer(Tami)was fantastic to work with. My complaint is the processor (Kimberly). She nearly lost this deal for VU. She harassed my and my wife's bosses and asked sensitive questions. If this is VU protocol, I'll never recommend VU to Vets!
We only had a small window to effectively close on the home with the builder. Matt McDaniel and his team were able to make the close with the odds against them.
Our VA loan officer, John Sullivan, was very helpful and attentive and our realtor, Christine Meadows, was kind and helped our home shopping experience be an enjoyable one!

The loan took a just over 2 months to complete. Last minute paperwork was the problem. Paperwork that should have been brought up at the beginning and should have been known by the loan officers.
I always felt like our team was just a phone call or email away. I never felt like I was abandoned during the process. They made sure to stay in contact throughout the whole process.
