Very disorganized had to re send several documents weather due to bad fax program or incompetence . Last minute problems with requirements cause a lot of stress and anxiety
The beginning and end were spectacular but I felt like I was kind of forgotten in the middle. We had a particular instance where a signature was required and was not brought to our attention until after the test expired causing us to pay for it again
too many regulations. not happy with the appraisal by the va appraiser.
The personnel were great, Nick, Josh, and all.
Knowledgeable and personable loan officers who often knew more than my realtor, title company attorneys, etc. Light years ahead of other financial institutions including USAA.

overall our experience with Veterans United Home Loans was good . Our major issue/concern was that at times we found ourselves feeling uninformed about the status of our loan. Also, sometimes our paperwork became lost and we had to sign and resend.
Very helpful, Very Friendly, always returned emails and calls. Excellent service!!!!! Lead us down the right path the whole time.. Excellent work and job well done...
