Lots of sending the same paperwork multiple times because it was "never received", even though the rest set with it was. Lots of waiting until the last second to ask for inspections.

I should of did this a few years ago. I was approved a through V.A. a few years ago but didn't go through VuHL. My mistake.
Great experience with the loan specialist and her support staff. Questionable experience with the underwriters, information seemed to be requested in an ad hoc manner and often additional information requested when alread provided.
Sometimes they dont get back to you like they say they will,thats a strike against them
Steve Wheeler & Joshua poindexter were amazing! They were ALWAYS on top of everything. I could call anytime for anything and they would assist me with any questions or concerns . If they didn't know they would figure it out and call me back.
