In the beginning the process was smooth , but then went downhill once it got to underwriting .However I'd recommend the loan team to communicate more , go in depth and break information down for buyers to understand and most importantly be honest and transparent .I do recommend that the underwriting team or loan team try to get familiar with how the VA disability benefits and compensation to other buyers don't have to run into the same issues I had.I wholeheartedly want to thank Veterans United for making a dream come true nevertheless. Without you guys it wouldn't have been possible.Thanks to Jonathan , Anna , Mr Polk for all their time and efforts. God bless you all.

Rebecca handled my original VA Loan and contacted me the same day the interest rates dropped to tell me about the streamline refinance. Everything went smoothly and the team was very helpful.
All of the Veterans United staff we dealt with was great. All quick to respond and made filling out paperwork / forms very easy. Our listing agent, Sandra was also great to work with. She went above and beyond to work with the buyers to get our home sold. Unfortunately our realtor in Montana was less than great. I would still recommend Veterans United to others and use this service again. I would absolutely reach out to Evan and his team again.
