From the first time we spoke to our loan officer until closing, we were treated with respect and courtesy. With all the different transactions and back and forth of paperwork, we never felt that it was overwhelming or that the process was difficult.
I would like the communication to be better between customer and clients. There were times when there were long period of not hearing back from the underwriters and when you did hear back from them it was vague and unclear.
This was the best customer service that I have ever experienced. Shane and Molly were very friendly and professional. They made this whole process enjoyable. Their first class customer service only added to the enjoyment of purchasing my home.

It got a little frustrating toward the end when getting our final approval. As we were driving to closing and after we got our clear to close there was still a matter not taken care of by Equifax and Chris Medley regarding our credit history.
I like the total package assistance from finding the home to working the purchase contract and then borrowing the money.
