The veterans united team is exceptional. They are thorough and always very polite and helpful. They are great to work with and they always seem to get things done sooner than expected. The closing on our refinance was completed more than 2 weeks earlier than originally scheduled. Both our original home buying process and our refinance went very smoothly and it was a pleasure to work with all the members of the team each time. It was truly a wonderful home buying experience.
This was my first time buying a home, and I would be lying if I said that I did not go into this process stressing from the jump and expecting the run around. I know that the home buying process can be discouraging, which is one reason I put if off for so long. Working with Veterans United, especially Miguel Rosinski, Keagen Phipps, and Ashley Draven made this whole process anything but difficult and discouraging. Right from the get go I was impressed with the service they provided, the attitude they put out, and the dedication they had to help me through every step of the home buying process. There was never any time I felt that I was not informed as to where we were at in the process, and if they did not have a clear answer at the moment, they got back to me at record speed to update me. Any time I reached out, I either got an immediate answer or a quick call back. I had many questions and called quite a few time for clarification and never once did I feel like I was a burden. Since the first day I started working with this team I have done nothing but brag to my friends and family about how impressed I was with the service that I received. I really appreciate the dedication this team has to their customers, and I would without a doubt recommend them to anybody seeking to utilize their VA loan. This was a 10/10 experience and if I buy again any time in the future, I already know who I am going through. I am grateful for being able to work with this team and could not be any happier with my first home purchase.
