It took over 45 days to close on our house due to the inadequacies of our loan officer. We heard 95% of what was going on with our loan from our real state agent and not our loan officer.
Get the loan was quick for us, in 45 days. What was never racking was personal follow up, the tracker is useless. Not knowing 30days out so when we gave notice to move that we actually had a place to move to.
