The only reason I am rating it an 8 is because even though I found the experience to be a 10, there is always room for improvement.

Everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner. I was always notified where things were at and what was next and what I had to submit and I did my best to submit it as quickly as possible. It was a smooth flowing process.
