The Title company they selected in Texas didn't have the correct legal info about trust funds in Florida, thereby costing the closing to be delayed and forcing the seller to get a lawyer to inform them he was the rightful owner to sell the property.
There's need for a tad bit more clarity regarding projected loan cost and payment.
Overall the experience was sort of good. Towards the end I was on the phone with your representative numerous times. He was very polite about the things he needed, but to be honest it was NOT military knowledgeable AT ALL, at least active duty.
Ryan Bray and Stephanie Cade were amazing through the whole expierence! I was a question and worry rat the whole time and they were extremely patient the whole time
Everyone was kind and curtious. Everyone seemed to have our best interest in mind.
Great overall experience. The on-line loan tracker program left a LOT to be desired. Do not see the value in something that is not up to date and does not reflect the actual status of our loan process.. Needs a lot of improvement.
