I would have like to have known at an earlier date that their was ANOTHER well inspection done , instead I moved into my Aunts living room. All the while, my house was in a moving truck in the front yard.
My Experience was superb.
It was easy, made the whole experience pleasant
Breck Frerking was outstanding and helped with all of our questions. However the process was held up because there was an issue with my spouses SSN that should have been discovered months ago and not during the closing process.
Very accommodating and friendly. The few issues that did arise were minor and easily taken care of. Well worth the time.
they was very understanding very helpful
The only reason I put #2 as our overall experience is because of a string of human errors. I do not feel that this is not a typical way that things are done.
Zero Complaints.
Only if I knew they were interested in a VA loan!
Had a great experience with Veterans United! I will work with VU again and will recommend them to all my family and friends. They did an outstanding job!
Awesome experience. I think most of the things that made the loan process unpleasant is just the industry in general and had nothing to do with veterans United home loans. Shannon Workman kept us informed and updated every step of the way.
Ready to see for yourself?
Experience first-hand why 372,548 homeowners give us a perfect score!
The only thing that I would have changed is the fact that I had no idea about the VA funding fee until after the offer was accepted and we had conditional underwriting approval. That information is important to share with prospective home buyers.
My closing was delayed one day due to overload w/ the paperwork prep team - but my loan officer kept me informed, explained the reasons for delay, & made sure changes were coordinated. Without the efforts of my loan officer, my rating would be lower.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!!
I would recommend them to any veteran that is buying a home because they go out of their way to help you get into that home.
