Be a little more timely in gather of documents for underwriting - we ran into a problem in trying to gather documents at the last minute while we were in the midst of moving and we no longer had internet access.
Be more informative with more time. I was told only 2 days in advanced that I had to come up with a sum of money and there were a few times I felt out of the loop withinformation. Also, you should have longer working hours.

When days to closing my wife and I find out about the issue about the easement and possibly not being able to close other then everything going past closing day it was a good company. Inform client!!!

Provide more communication during the home loan/refi process (i.e. keep customer informed as to the status of the loan). There were many times when I did not hear anything for 2-3 weeks at a time regarding the status.
