When your team becomes aware of any type of documentation is needed to proceed, an instant email or better yet, a phone call to the client, should be made. This would allow the client to help run these items to ground.
Would rather not comment about Mr. Allen as I was not very satisfied with his service however his assistant Chris Holdman was excellent and help whenever we had problems or questions.
