At first we had a horrible time with veterans United. We got a loan officer that wasn’t doing their job and then was paired with a realtor that didn’t care about us. Then we got switched over to Jen who was absolutely fantastic!!! She definitely saved the day and turned us around about veterans United.
Sam and Suzanne were absolutely amazing to work with! They were prompt and kind. I appreciated Sam being patient with me during stressful times during the process. He was so professional and did everything he could to help. Thank you for the top notch experience from start to finish! Suzanne also reached out to help during times in need. I will for sure be recommending Veterans United to my family and friends.
