Mike Dianics really did a great job of getting me into my house. He was forthcoming and knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. He even fielded a few emails on the weekend. That is going above and beyond in my opinion.

They should follow the guidance in their own package. They never gave an update scale as they say in their packages.

Be available during closing should questions arise. Be honest about VA regulations like pest inspection. Loan officer was helpful throughout entire process but was not available during the closing when help was needed the most.
