It was good. The only hickup was the appraiser, who took the maximum time to inspect and submit their report, and then on a needed re-inspection got it in just minutes before closing.

I first contacted VUHL in an exploratory fashion.I received a call a few minutes after my initial inquiry from David Munns he took mycredit information and I was on my way to being a homeowner. I was please withthe service and would recommend VUHL to my family and friends.
As a retired LTC from the Army, I pay attention to detail and would recommend improvements if any were considered necessary. I think you folks are doing an outstanding job and I am very impressed!

It's goodbye way it is
I felt that all of the people that I spoke to were too serious and should lighten up some and maybe take a class in Customer Service. I realize that purchasing a house is serious business but when your dealing with customers, need to lighten up some. Otherwise everything was great.
