My only complaint was the underwriter not giving all items needed at once. They were constantly coming back each time with things not mentioned before. And after taking so long some tests needed to be redone which cost more to do. Besides that our experience was pleasant and we are truly thanlful.

Be more up front with the process. Stream lined it was not. Started in October and finsihed in January...Tell them the process can take time. The customer service was good.

Jon Lucus did our loan when we first bought our house. Since then we have had many VA reps call and email us for refinancing. Even though my wife and i told them we have a VA rep they would not stop. Please limit your calls or get the original rep to make the calls. after all he or she is the one that has the repore with the clints.
As long as all the reps work as efficiantly as my Loan officer, Danny Parker and his team, I see no room for improvment.

The service was excellent . The only recommendation to improve overall is to keep the fees lower.
Don't avoid talking to your client when things look like they might go sour. When you say you are going to call me, I excpect you yo call me even if it isn't what we want to hear. It wasn't hard for myself & realtor to figure out i calls woer being ignored.
I can not think of any improvements that VUHL can use to improve service.

I dont know how it could be improved.. our loan officer went beyond the call of duty to get our new house to close on time. We had used Veterans United 5 years ago when we bought the house on Nanih Waiya Poteau and Jake was out loan officer. Our real estate agent said she was very impressed with Daniel and felt that the whole transaction went very smooth.
I was completely impressed on how the processed ran so fast and smoothly. Joe and Terri both were very knowledgeable in their field and answered my questions that I had. Their work was exceptional and the most professional. What also stood out was their efficiency. I started my refinance the last Friday in November, they finished my refinance before the new year. What an awesome team you have. Thank you VU for putting together a great team. I have already recommended your company to our friends.
