Our experience with Veterans United was exceptional. We will definitely use them any time we have another home to buy and I know we will only look to them for services.
My only negative is I did not want to pay taxes and insurance with my monthly payments. I usually pay the whole bill the day it is due.
As a proud Marine Corps veteran, I am pleased to say that my Veterans United team was there for my wife and I every step of the way.
Although this is my first home, this is not my first home buying experience. This team was great! To all involved, my family and I, are grateful to you.
The experience was good and I was glad to lower my monthly payment. I do think however the amount of closing costs on a refinance, or at least mine, seemed to be really steep. I know your purpose is to make money but would be nice to see those costs be made more affordable or not have have such a long lasting impact.
Sheldon is off the charts! Never enough good things to say. He made the refi process scary easy. He provided excellent service and exceeded all of my expectations. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and kept me informed every step of the way.I do not hesitate to recommend him to everyone I know. I will never buy another home or investment property without his assistance!
The team I had from Veterans United made my experience of buying my first home seem easy. I had zero knowledge of purchasing a home and they walked me through every step of the process start to finish. The app is an amazing tool that made me feel like I knew what I was doing. When I had a question it was easy to call the person working on my loan directly from the app. They were so quick at answering It felt like my loan was the only one they were working on. I have absolutely zero complaints only praise! Big thanks to the team for all the hard work!

Overall, I am very satisfied and Veterans United was professional and worked around with my schedule. I recommended them to my other veteran friends.
