home searching. He would give me the drive to keep going. Then my agent would tell me we will find something eventually. And with God's help guess what we did. And now I'm overjoyed.

I just wish I was more aware of how expensive it could be to have a requirement from the HOA to landscape the yard within 12 months and I probably should have asked if there was options to finance like another $10,000 in my loan if there was room or some way

I just want to say a big thank you to veterans united and the team of Katy, Jorge, Briana, and Michelle. You guys made this dream come true. I had a bad experience a year ago with a different bank where I was told one thing went through the entire process and once I was about to get to closing I was told the complete opposite. Earnest money, appraisal, and inspections all gone and all I was told was that I needed to go use someone else. Go forward to now I gave Veterans United a chance because you guys gave me information upfront last year. I don't regret at all giving you guys a call. I'm blessed to have you guys in the process with me. My wife and soon to be born child (Matthew) will love our new home thank you.
I had never heard of VU, but boy are we so grateful that they were there when we started looking for a home of our own.
