Very easy process from start to finish. All involved were very helpful in keeping us informed on what we needed to do. They handled a lot of stuff behind the scenes very professionally. First time homebuyer and it was a very informative experience.

Overall the process was made straightforward and clear thanks to the many members of the team that set me up for success in this process. My biggest complaint is that despite repeated requests to note this is my file, it never carried over that I live on the west coast. This led to many people calling me at unacceptable hours in the morning. Once I talked to the individual at that step of the process they would course correct but it would start again once a new person reached out.

Need to stay informed with the vet. It is very confusing, and hard to know what is going on during the process. And it’s also hard to find out who has your best interest and who’s looking out for you you’re just not a number buying a house

Very smooth process. I bought a home 12 years ago through Wells Fargo but it was not nearly as efficient. We were able to close in only one month.
Would 100 percent recommend Tim and his team to any veteran looking to buy a home. Very helpful and caring! Even though I was in the process of coming home from a deployment Tim and his team made sure to stay in constant contact with me about any and all things with the home buying loan!
