military members do exist in areas other than central and eastern time zones. It would be nice to have staff accommodate to the various time zones.
I do not have any recommendations for improvement both Shane and his assistant Molly were amazing.

Bring all things hat need attention to the person up front. I was 2 plus months into process and surprises popped up
they were great every step of the way and John Fisher is diligent about keeping you updated and moving things to get you to your goal.
No improvements needed. I have had refis in the past and this one has been the smoothest ever. very professional. It has actually been a pleasure this time around. I would do it all over again. Thank you for all involved.
