I started last year researching how to refinance my house. I appreciated David because he did not pressure me in the early stages of this refinancing process. I put it off for a few months and I did not get hassled for the delay. I also spoke to Kristy during David's absence and she had such a sweet and gentle voice during my fears of refinancing. I decided than that I did not need to search any further.
Rob must have worked extra hours retyping my multiple loan papers. Thank you for your guidance and support.

My overall experience was great unfortunately there was a little bit of confusion within the team of how to handle one closing to another one week apart I had asked the same settlement company to hold the funds and use those funds towards my new purchase simple but there were so many hands in the pie. It felt like one hand didn’t know what the other was doing. Things got a little.
Overall it went really well. The team handled the appraisal adjustment and remote notary without any drama. Anne and Darcy were responsive and got me to closing on time. Would definitely recommend them.
You cannot go wrong working with Veterans United. Jeremy Wilder and his team made the process easy for us. From getting us pre qualified to closing on the home, Jeremy and his team did everything for us. Thank you all for being so professional and being so friendly as well. Merry Christmas.
