The beginning of the purchase of my condo was something I was very nervous about. Mark and Julia helped me get past the first couple of hurdles. Once it was turned over to the processor that is when things started to go south. When I was working with, I believe her name was Tiffany, she dropped the ball and the communication was poor. I paid for my appraisal on a Tuesday but she did not order it until Friday. Due to this it helped to delay the closing of my home. After a week of when I ordered it I sent an email to her and made sure to include Julia and Mark on it as well. I vented my frustration and asked to have more communication and more updates. Her response to this was telling me that she was overworked with the amount of loans she was working on. So she made me feel like I was a problem for asking for this to be accomplished.The response I received from VU and Julia was very nice. I had Julia immediately reach out to me when she say the response I received from Tiffany. She let me know that was not how the image of her team should be viewed. That day Tiffany was replaced by Kaitlyn. After that replacement was made the process was so much smoother.Kaitlyn was a dream to work with. I received frequent communication and updates from her. She would text me or call me to let me know where we were in the process. She let me know of any hiccups that were coming up and what needed to be done to accomplish those tasks. Because of her and her hard work I truly feel like we were able to recover and finish this loan quicker than we were if Tiffany was on the team still.Having Kaitlyn and Mark work together they made a nightmare of a purchase into a dream. I am so glad that I was able to work with this team to get to the end. I will recommend this team to anyone that is looking for a home.
