The whole process exceeded my expectations, his team is very polite and professional. He definitely earned my trust by being honest and working in a timely manner.
Mr. Hayward was phenomenal and and so was the concierge team. There were some hiccups with the closing paperwork not arriving until a few hours before the closing appointment which made things a bit difficult. Additionally, there was a team member who was a bit rude at times with her responses, but I will not take it personally. All in all, I highly recommend Veterans United to all veterans looking to purchase a home.
