Excellent service appraisal was a little confusing
An unfiltered Forum is my favorite forum. The only think that I can think of to improve the hone buying experience is making recommendations on which inspections a buyer could consider. The only requirement is a general home inspection, but we also ordered a radon inspection, a pest inspection, and a sewer inspection, the sewer inspection was last minute and I'm glad I did it because there were tree roots going to to the sewer line from the house.
I think that if veterans united could look at a house and make recommendations for inspections and recommended inspectors, that would be pretty cool.
Please note that I am not making a criticism, merely an observation.
It was easy to work with veterans united and signing forms digitally was a huge help!
