The entire team at Veterans United was very attentive and always available to take a call when ever needed. They made the process very simple and easy to understand.

My whole experience with Veterans United was terrific. I was able to everything easily online, communication with my loan representatives was fantastic. I was never left wondering about anything, they answered all my questions quickly (if not immediately), and they reached out to me regularly about the process. Aaron and Joe were the best!

My mother always told me buying a home was tedious and aggravating. I've never called my mother a liar, but Veterans United makes me want to challenge her claim!

They made my dream come true despite all of the obstacles that I had to overcome. I could not have done it without them.

Very happy we picked Veterans United Home Loans for our home purchase.

Tell Rob Riggle I'm super satisfied!

We had an issue with the Notary. He forgot to notarize one of the loan documents which caused us to have to wait on our loan payout. I do not want to use him in the future.

Excellent experience!!

Going into the process of taking out a loan I had absolutely no understanding of what needed to be done. I’m very grateful for the team at Veterans United for assisting me throughout the progress. Any questions that I had were answered immediately and they check on my status every single day. There was not a time that I felt out of the loop. I am forever grateful for them and helping me buy my first home.

VU is a very professional group that truly will go the "extra mile" to ensure that every Vet has a good experience. They have a way of making the tricky and complicated seem very simple. Would I use them again? You bet. Would I recommend them to friends and family? Without hesitation. Just a very dedicated group of true professionals that made the experience as enjoyable as it possibly could be. My thanks and gratitude to everyone I worked with at VU!

the process was handled poorly. it took 6 months to close because of the inability of the team to anticipate the underwriters needs and provide that information in a timely manner. resulting, in the need to resubmit paper work over and over. because the process was so slow, much of the paperwork and payoffs expired multiple times, requiring re-submission. due to this inadequate care to detail, i also lost 1/4 point on my loan rate due to the expiration of the lock. i am very disappointed with the service i received. nothing was done until i inquired as to the status, then they found nothing but problems. their poor planning and execution lead me to believe that these individuals are not detail oriented enough to be trusted with customers financial well-being. i am sorry but this is not a critique i enjoyed writing
