I will NEVER use or recommend Veterans United to a single person, ever. For a company that deals veterans (probably nearly exclusively) you all sure do have a bunch of DUMBASS, COMPLETELY MORONIC, SIMPLE FUCK rules/hoops for people to jump through in order to close on a house. My family and I suffered at the hands of these outdated, archaic, and stupid rules. You all delayed a close due to NOT having a specific piece of paper with a specific number on it, while simultaneously having MULTIPLE OTHER PIECES OF PAPER WITH THE EXACT NUMBER ON THEM. These were ALL OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS, WITH NONE OF THEM BEING ANY MORE OR LESS LEGITIMATE PROOF THAN THE OTHERS. I hope whoever the twat was that decided the rule that delayed my closing over this BS was sent to meet their maker under the most gruesome of conditions...because YOU ARE EVERYTHING that is wrong with the world and the FUCKED UP systems that we have in place. Never contact me again and I hope this whole business goes under for it's shitty, VETERAN UNFRIENDLY PRACTICES.
I really appreciated Allie’s help, especially during the busy closing period. She took the initiative to reach out and ask if we had the information for the local utilities, which we didn’t. She went ahead and added all of that to the Veterans United page, which was incredibly helpful. Her communication throughout the process was excellent, and it made everything so much smoother.
