We have worked with Josh on several loans and we have had a great experiences. He is very responsive and has worked very hard to help us keep in our payments within our budget and keep the cost of refi or purchase affordable.
The outreach strategies VU uses would be great for a first time home buyer that need a lot of assistance and guidance. This being my 4th home loan in 7 years, and having a really busy schedule it felt a bit pushy at times but that is totally subjective and I don’t necessarily discourage the practice. The Plaid software saved me a ton of time going through bank statements-Sustain. I also noted that tasks were assigned at intervals I assume as to not overwhelm. This is a personal preference but I just wanted it all up front so I could budget my time and not have to carve out 30 min here and there; but again I am probably the minority in this. Overall, great service.
We won’t be doing business with anyone else when it comes to home buying/refinancing! Veterans United has exceeded our expectations!
