Been wanting to move for a relatively long time. Have been stressing out over all the details, running each thing good and bad in my head. But...As soon as I took the first step towards buying my first home, by reaching out to Veterans United, it felt like it was the only step I needed to take. Their team of people were so attentive to making sure I had EVERYTHING laid out for me, completely transparent about EVERY single step of the process, and was able to answer any and all questions that I had, and I think I had a lot to ask. I'm not great at expressing myself, but I can say, without a single doubt, I AM EXTREMELY GRATEFUL to EVERYONE at Veterans United for their support.
Process was pretty smooth. The only “bad” part was uploading the same paystubs multiple times, when they were still in the system.

She got me connected with the right people and made sure I was able to move into my house with no worries. She understood the anxiety I was having through this process and explained every step.
