I started out at a 6.5% rate and by closing was down to 5.75%, a half point below average. The app and to-do list kept everything organized, allowed for rapid compilation of documents, and ensured my ability to close in 30 days. Once all documents were uploaded, underwriting and title only took 48 hours. My assigned loan team stayed the same through the entire process, which made communication easy. Being in the military means difficult hours. My loan team was always available and worked with my schedule. There were some issues with the Plaid service which auto-populates bank and other account information. I ended up just uploading two months of statements for all my accounts. This was the only issue and overall my loan experience was great.
This entire process was so smooth and simple, i had almost no knowledge on where to even begin and my team was absolutely incredible all i can i say is... THANK YOU SO MUCH!

My loan took about a week and everhing was taking care of by my loan officers. All we had to do is provide the documents they need and sign and they do the rest
