I just wish I was more aware of how expensive it could be to have a requirement from the HOA to landscape the yard within 12 months and I probably should have asked if there was options to finance like another $10,000 in my loan if there was room or some way

I just want to say a big thank you to veterans united and the team of Katy, Jorge, Briana, and Michelle. You guys made this dream come true. I had a bad experience a year ago with a different bank where I was told one thing went through the entire process and once I was about to get to closing I was told the complete opposite. Earnest money, appraisal, and inspections all gone and all I was told was that I needed to go use someone else. Go forward to now I gave Veterans United a chance because you guys gave me information upfront last year. I don't regret at all giving you guys a call. I'm blessed to have you guys in the process with me. My wife and soon to be born child (Matthew) will love our new home thank you.
I had never heard of VU, but boy are we so grateful that they were there when we started looking for a home of our own. Great team effort, great collaboration, great communication and plenty of patience, guidance and encouragement to us as rookie buyers!
