Phillip and Rhiannon were both awesome. They helped me and explained every little detail; actually it was because of them that I actually closed. I can't say enough; praise and thanks for their professionalism and caring throughout my process. They really showed that their is still people out there that understand what a veteran is. Patrick was very genuine, kind and always available to answer any question I had, big or small. Refinancing can be a very difficult and overwhelming process, and it really is. However, he made it much easier and took away any concerns I might have had.
Overall smooth process. Just not happy with my rate and the cost out of pocket to buy it down when I could have locked it just a week earlier for cheaper.
