If you have not used your VA loan, I would really extremely consider using veterans United. This was one of the easiest processes in buying a house I could ever imagine. This was my third home purchase with Veterans United. Each one was a great experience and working with VU staff made each purchase so easy. Today in these trying times and this last purchase was due to health reasons made it even more stressful. Think the only thing that was not dead on was expectations for written deliverables, every experience will be different but I had submitted something in written form several times until it was "accepted " by the underwriting etc, after a quick call to Lindsey the misunderstanding was taken care of with a verbal understanding of the situation and the expectations. Otherwise everything was pretty spot on A+
