I've been amazed at the level of service throughout all aspects of this process. Our past two mortgages were through Navy Federal and both times I just felt like a number in the system but VU treated me like a real person. Also our pups say "thanks" for the gifts!
We had the option to go with another lender that had a lower interest rate and still choose the go with Veteran's United. Aaron stayed persistent and was very honest from the start. Although Veteran's United could not match the rate, the seamless process made up for it. I could not be happier with the decision we made! Keep up the good work!

This was an amazing and easy process. I honestly did not think it would move this fast and easy. I was preparing myself to be searching for months and having issues on the way like how I hear from other people with other companies of course. The team here was amazing and made every process easy where I was not worried cause I knew things would get done or I would be notified. I will be happy to use this service again if needed in future 😀

I tried financing with USAA first they were very uninformative and difficult to work with. Switched to veterans united and the entire process became a breeze.
