They were awesome the underwriter was a pain needing things at the last minute and I work during the day so it took awhile to get everything they needed.
My experience working with Veterans United was a super easy process. I was nervous at first, because I was thinking that I’m a young 30 year old, that wouldn’t even know where to go or what to do when it comes to purchasing a home. Veterans United made it very easy, they guide me step by step throughout the entire process. If I didn’t know something or wasn’t clear with anything I bumped into, I would ask and they had the resources and tools to help. All you have to do is make a call and they are there to help! Veterans United was able to come though for me when the builder's lender failed to complete the loan. Despite having a very short deadline from beginning the loan with Veterans United and the closing date (with a major holiday being in the middle), they were able to keep to the original timeline and get me in the house successfully.
