Chad constantly gave us updates along each step of the loan process, made us confident in using your company
Real estate agent was always professional and he also provided help with everything I need it
Our real estate agent was knowledgeable but Im the type
Of person that needs to be aware of what is going on. A few informative/follow-up emails will make customers feel confident and up to date.
Other than that, everything was great. Mr. Ferling made the loan process extra smooth and painless.
Joe is a great asset to the team. Thanks again for the attention to detail and knowledge Joe provided. This was my first home loan and it was a very pleasant experience. JOE FERLING IS THE MAN..
VU needs some kind of checklist. Settlement was pushed back a week as requests additional info was asked for.
Michelle was great and worked hard for us. Marie Houtchen, our first contact with VU was great too.

From day 1, this Veterans United Home Loan company and the entire team provided exceptional customer service. This was our first home purchase and was stressful for my wife and I. This team relieved that stress and actually eliminated any frustrations. Even your selection of a Real Estate Agent proved to be outstanding! I cannot thank you all enough for making our first home buying experience as uneventful and, dare I say, painless as possible. We'd read horror stories about VA Home Loans. After this process with Veterans United Home Loans, those stories should be filed under "Fiction." THANK YOU!
I had a good experience with the loan officer and processing clerk. Unfortunately, the real state agent made the bad impression by providing false and misleading information on the terms of the contract. I will recommend to use VU but will not recommend to use the reffered real state agent services. I was forced to buy a home with the unwanted terms because of the real state agent misleading performance.
We were unsure what to expect, but the team made us feel very comfortable and were extremely helpful. The recommended realtor was outstanding and was vital in us getting a good deal.
Cody would take to time even when he was off to give us a call if we had a question. Very hard worker and he is dedicated to the people he is helping with their loan. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth.

the whole experience was rewarding, my family and i are moving into a house we all love , thank you
Whoever was in charge of the funding paperwork sent my wife the wrong paperwork(my wife is in Texas and I am in Florida closing on the home) to have notarized, signed and mailed in. We only found this out at closing and had to jump through quite a few hoops to get all paperwork re-signed, notarized and returned. It was a significant inconvenience and never should have happened. Seeing that I had a clear to close three weeks out from the closing.
Below is about the Real Estate agent:
poor communication skills, unable to pass on information in a timely manner -
when searching for a home she only provided minimal help and assistance - when I did find a home I was interested in I had to ask three times to get a showing.
she did show me many homes of very poor caliber and/or condition - in the agents eye the customer knows nothing and she know everything - if anyone asks me I will tell them to run like Hell from Casie Chambers/Keller Williams.
of course the above is only based on what I have seen and the information I have and if anything in this process is that I have never had all the information when I needed it.
The period from opening the loan till closing seemed way to long. Don't think it was the fault of anyone person, just seems the system needs some fine tuning.
Great job and thanks again!
A couple of times there was a slight disconnect but overall she came through and spent a lot of time with me. Well informed of VU services.
