I yook a little gamble and said "sure I'll give you a little info, you give me the info I need." Within 10 minutes I was talking to Zack about my goals abd he immediately helped me set some things up and look at the tools VU provides. VU is what you want in a home buying experience.
Veterans United and our realtor Amber Rainey went above and beyond to see that my brother and I qualified for a home loan, it was quite a process. The entire team went to the end of the world to get us in a new house.

I’m surprised that it all went so well. At times I was expecting rejection because of a history of the credit with the first VA home but I made. Then I would get the word to move forward to the next phase.

Ba da boom, ba da bing! The smoothest home loan experience one could ask for. Our loan officer was knowledgable, honest, respectful, and just so cool. They were always available to us both in person and digitally. There was never a question too silly or left unanswered. They collaborated so well with our relator, it felt like a cohesive team working towards the same goal, our goal. Using the online platform to sign and review documents was straight forward and designed for intuitive use.
