I’m an old school hard nosed hard charging Senior NCO from the spit shine you boots and put sharp creases in your BDUs era. Soldiers loathe getting in my line for PT/ACFT tests because I’m such a hard grader. With all that said I would give VU the maximum grade possible on any scale for the service/blessing they provided to me. I shopped around, called USAA and others and VU distinguished themselves from the other options and I’m elated I chose them.I would go war with my loan officer Bobbie Hadfford and her team that helped me. If you’re skimming thru these reviews see and know this, they have the process so down pat, they make sure you don’t get jerked and they have everything so streamlined and digital. The team at VU provided the best imaginable support for me during what was easily one is the biggest decisions in my life and one that is inherently complex to those who are not in the profession.
