this experience was the worst I have evr had , it started off good and turned into a nightmare, I kept asking what all needed to be done , got not responce , two days before closing i was told the house that i was purchasing needed a water test and a septic test. Now i had been asking what needs to be done , well of course closing was put off over a month cause of septic and water tests that take longer then two days to get back, . There was alot of paper work that just disappeared off of Anne"s desk several times , and then tried to blame the agent on the other end saying she did not receive.
The overall experience was not a good one for me , and i will not recommond your service to anyone, what should have been very simple and a little time , turned into a nightmare.

The communication between my family and Jake Hanson and Paul Kennedy (real estate agent) was nothing short of amazing. Their responsivness to questions and guidance through the process made me feel like I was their only customer. I feel that they both went out of their way to make this entire experiance easy and enjoyable. All in all, it was a successful process, we were able to buy the home we had been renting for several years and ended up with a mortgage payment that was less than our previous rent.
Underwrite experience was not something I would want to do again. Seems you have to provide the same information in as many different ways as they can think up.

Bob was very flexible and worked around my schedule. He was also very knowledgeable. However, I do feel like I had to be proactive and do a lot of the work. Most of the houses I didn't like that he found I rejected, and he would give me additional houses that were like those, and even some he had sent already. I also feel that I had to initiate communication between myself and the sellers, that the information I thought Bob would already have, he hadn't, and would have to ask the sellers.
The underwriter was the worse. Really upset my wife. We had to answer the same question more than once and on top of that the answers to the questions was already provided by paperwork that was initially provided. It was as if the underwriter couldn't read or something. How many times can you tell a person the reason why a check is different because we were given the wrong name and we voided it? They had the bank statement showing only one check was cashed and it was the non-voided check.
Seriously, find a different underwriting company, these people don't care to do their job at all.
