I was switching from Rocket Mortgage to Veterans United . And Rocket was a nightmare and they caused a lot of problems with the VU . But my loan people were wonderful, I cannot say enough of how patient and nice the people were. They kept me informed all the way of what the problem was, and what I could do to help it out. We finally got through it all, but it was a nightmare for time being there. Everybody I have talk to that works at Veterans United are some of the nicest people I’ve ever run into and I would recommend this company to anybody that is looking for a refinance or to do a new loan. I just wish I had use them earlier than waiting as long as I did.
Though I was overseas for the entire home buying process, Joel, Austin, and Nick really took care of us and made our home buying experience more comfortable and enjoyable.

My Veterans United team has went above and beyond more than once. From our first initial home loan for our first home keeping us informed and relaxed throughout our crazy ride. They not only managed to assist us making this process as smooth as possible while we were planning our wedding, but also when the unexpected happened and I was involved in a car accident, the last thing you want while trying to close on your home. Luckily my team guided me and made sure I was able to get my vehicle replaced while it not affecting our home purchase. They even went above and beyond and sent me a get well care package. After purchasing and rates went down they immediately reached out to us and were able to get us an even better rate on our home. I can't explain how thankful we are for our Veterans United team.
