Everyone was helpful along side Chris Lunn especially Cooper who was able to handle any questions when Chris was out off the office. Because of the experience that I have gotten I will only use Chris Lunn going forward with any more home purchases in the future

I would recommend every one from the team to anyone because they made the process as smooth and painless as possible.
I can say enough good things about this team. They definitely made me feel like they were just a phone call away and took the time to learn more about my family and are schedule in order to make sure we were getting all the info that we needed but not at the cost of interrupting are daily life. The constant support via phone calls, text messages, and emails defiantly made me feel like they were working as hard as they could and wanted me and my family to get into the house and moving on to the next chapters of my family's life as much as we did.

Going through Veterans United was probably the best move that my family could have made. Each person that I spoke with was kind and respectful and willing to help as needed. The entire process of the loan was great and informative from the loan officer (Spencer Wesson), the underwriter (Trenton Monnig), right down to the closing company assigned (Craig Fite). Everyone was very knowledgeable and let you know every step that Veteran United was making throughout the loan. Also very patient. I would definitely recommend Veterans United for all Home Loan needs. Thank you for the stress free process.
From the beginning, Craig and Paige where really great to work with. This includes the whole underwriting team. Everyone was fully aware of all the documents needed, and the timelines to make everything come together on time. The whole team went above and beyond expectations including after hours phone calls for follow ups and including emails.
My only problem is that the seller left the house disgusting and full of cigarette smoke all over the walls and ceilings. There’s chips and broken glass under the stove and the refrigerator was so disgusting. Didn’t matter that I asked for it to be cleaned. They lied to my realtor and said it was professionally cleaned. They should pay for it to be done right. Aaron was awesome and so was his team.
