All in all a quick process. Some hiccups with communication that essentially came down to a possible push back on timelines, we ended up getting it done in time (thankfully). We knew the process and what we needed to do as sellers so we were pretty easy. The frustrating part was getting things and timelines to move along. Felt like the team heavily relied on the loan officers approval for everything and we had to take it upon ourselves to make decisions without them due to short timelines. A lot of questions were left unanswered and as first time home buyers, it felt like there wasn't a lot of helpful tips or tricks to any of it from the team. I very much liked that they were friendly and in the end better to work with when the deal was coming to a close. I'd give the entire process and team a 7/10. Main outlier was communication

Last thing to mention is, I’ve mentioned prior to closing I wanted to be on bi weekly payments, I wished it would’ve been done prior to knowing I have to do it myself. I just felt mislead into believing it was going to be taken care of as I was told. Other then those two concerning things experience was good.

The APP is a mess and items do not go in the order they are dropped in.
Some of your terms need updating.
This was the most stressful re-fi or purchase we have ever experienced. This could have been avoided. I never felt like the customer. I felt you thought you were doing me a favor. excuse me! who is paying the fees??????

The realtor and the title company said it was the easiest VA loan ever.


The Veterans united twam do an amaxing job and are very easy to work with. They take all aspect of home buying and moving into consideration. They even sent me a care package of treats and toys as a housewarming gift for my dogs and cats!! They love them! Will definatley utilize their services again the next time i buy a house and will recommend them to any one who is in the market and looking for a new home.

I can not speak for the entire Veteran’s United staff, but I will say My Veteran’s United team was amazing to work with, they were always a text or phone call away, and still are even after closing. We had one bump in the road, but they didn’t break a sweat, kept me informed and calm through the entire process and came through in the end. So YES I highly recommend using Veterans United to all my veteran friends and family!

Please do a better job communicating with the team, customer, and costumers agents. That was my only issue with the process. Some "to-do" list were redundant and I think that was because of lack communication. Other than that, I enjoyed VU and proud to be a part of it.
