Everything went smooth and every conversation we had they helped us understand but also make changes as needed with little issues. Only thing I thought we had an issue with was the last minute repairs that needed to be made...I feel like the repairs should of been addressed earlier rather than last minute and eapirs for vents under home should of been address with the repairs to the bathroom at same time rather than separate and a few days prior to closing to make things easier but overall a very easy transition! My team was out standing and always there to help. I have a Complicated work schedule where I work 12 hour shifts days and nights so sometimes I don’t get up till late in the evenings which would most like be Business closing hours for them. Yet they took time to help answer my questions and more on their personal time.
I want to thank the whole team for all of the hard work that they put into this to get us our dream home! I have never seen a team more willing to bend over backwards to ensure their customer was both happy and taken care of!

We cannot say enough good words about our experience with Nick & Mason. Nick kicked off the process with us efficiently, met our closing date requirements, and made it easy to understand which documents we needed to provide because he speaks military lingo as a past veteran himself, which removed all pain points. It's for these reasons we went with Veterans United as a lender as opposed to the conventional lenders. Additionally, Nick told us what to expend and when, including connecting us with Mason, the loan coordinator. Mason was immediately responsive to all of our questions, and was the most proactive person with communication. It was as if he knew what we were going to ask in real-time and provided that information immediately. What a pleasant, easy, comforting, and efficient experience.
