As a first time home buyer I was unfamiliar with what to expect throughout the process. This team communicated well with me as to what to expect, what they needed, and what I could do to help the process along. I am grateful for their assistance and their expertise. They were very quick to answer any questions I had and were understanding when I didn't know something. They made the home buying experience as easy as it could have possibly been.

This was by far the best team I’ve ever worked with on a real estate transaction. They were always very helpful, professional, and capable. The level of care, though, leads me to think of Zach, in particular, more as a friend than a professional acquaintance.

Lol, I'm not commercial material. I think you guys are "simply the best better than all the rest" Rip TT.

Veterans united is an amazing company and have amazing staff that really make the difference, all my questions and concerns about the process was answered quickly, I have nothing but utmost respect for all of them that helped me through the process. I would highly recommend them to all of my veteran brothers and sisters.

As a Disabled US Navy Veteran. The thought of owning a home was unseen for me, until Veteran United guided and put me in the house I purchase and truly in love with. Thank you Tony and Rachel for all your support. Amazing service. All US Veteran should chose Veteran United as their lender!

An outstanding group of people. They made sure that i was always taken care of. It took me close to a year to finally do it due to being fearful at housing market and the condition of the market today. I was lucky to be a part of such amazing and talented people that gave me confidence and finally close the deal. I am grateful to where i am now today and i could not have done it without them. Rob and Susan/Stuart are your go to if you ever are looking for a home in Oak Harbor.

I really appreciate the communication from all involved throughout this process.

Could say enough amazing things about Rich and his team! Thank you so much and excited to work with you again.

Thank you for all your diligence every step if the way. We recieved clarity on all our questions and appreciate our Veterans United Team for helping us into our first home.

Both the loan officer and the loan coordinator provided information via email. The representatives returned calls in a timely manner. Improvement is needed in the area of communication, clarity, and the actions and timeline of actions following refinancing. Improvement is also needed in the area of customer relations to increase customer understanding of the refinance process and what and when changes can occur for debt payoffs. At this time, I believe that everything has worked out. I will know for sure in a week, or so. In the meantime, I contact the title company when I have questions they can answer. I would recommend the company to those who conduct thorough re-financing research to ensure they ask United Veterans the essential questions in the beginning to reach their goals.

My lawyer stated that Veterans United cost me about $1800 plus a cut of every payment I make for the house. Based on that it was kind of expensive, the APR that was given was cheaper elsewhere. But they kept me on track and I am in my new house 30 days later....thank you for all your hard work.

Working with Veterans United was a blessing for us. We had been searching for our forever home for the past 3 years. Cal Thompson, along with his team were very helpful, patient and were available for us to answer any questions we had. Getting the appraisals and inspections for the homes we were looking at was also extremely easy and they were very thorough. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who has the option for working with them, as well as us working with them again if we decide to sell/buy another house in the future.

There were a few hiccups but overall all went well and relatively easy

Buying real estate is a very humbling experience. ALL of your dirty laundry is out there for discussion and then the underwriter wants details. Details that you try hard to forget because they were painful. This process sucks but unfortunately it cannot be avoided when financing a home, the lender needs to be sure you are a trustworthy candidate for them to loan you hundreds of thousands of dollars. It is what it is but Veteran's United made it easier
