Small hiccup with HOA paperwork communication but other then that I enjoyed working with everyone involved with my home buying process here.


Veterans United are people you can truly trust. They don't just care about doing their Jobs they care for you. I highly recommend them when purchasing a home. They explained everything very clear and precise and I was always updated through the whole process and they even checked in just to see how we were doing. Give them a go you won't be disappointed.

After navy federal declined my mortgage application outside of my due diligence period, I found myself desperately looking for another lender. Veterans United answered and didn’t turn me away. While their mortgage rates are not the best around, they worked well with me (a 1099 employee with under 2 years of employment tax documents) and managed to close on a house with me during the holiday season. I am thankful for the team of coordinators and real estate agents provided for me. Happy new year!

VU made things so easy. This is our second home loan thru VU and our second with our team. We would recommend VU to anyone looking to buy a home.

I'm very happy that this process is over it was a long process had to jump through a lot of hoops bill and his team along with the real estate agent Renee did an outstanding job to get this home and loan secured. I must admit to what times when I thought that this wouldn't work but Bill assured me that he was going to make every attempt to get this loan to the finish line and he did.


Our team was amazing and I wouldn't trade them for anything. So glad to have encountered such a caring and thoughtful team.

Your realtors that were “assigned “ to me were absolutely worthless. I received no callbacks and had to find my own realtor. If you can’t provide a service, don’t offer it.

I would personally like to thank Matt Wray, finding not only the best home insurance for my family, but also car insurance that was cheaper and all around better than what I had. 10/10 best insurance agent!!
