Sure there are some more requirements with a VA loan, but the team worked diligently to make sure everything was taken care of smoothly & in a very timely manner!

Overall, ok with whole process except that main agent promised a locked rate which did not materialize to that rate at the end, and it went from 5.75 to 6.125. Had I known this would have happened, I would have not chosen VA United Vas I feel his integrity speaks as a way in how clients are overpromised and underdelivered on the rate????
