This was my second time working with my specific Loan Officer -- I had worked with him years ago (and had a great, smooth experience), so when it came time for another home purchase, I reached out to him and his team directly to work with them again!The VU team provided accurate early loan estimates (and communicated clearly where costs could be variable based on the process -- no surprises at closing!), and then was there every step of the way to ensure we got to the closing table on-time. Whether discussing general process "how does this work?" questions to the other end of the range with detailed questions, it was clear that the VU team was knowledgable and able to clearly communicate to us as the buyers so that we understood every step.When I am looking at home purchases in the future, Veterans United will be my first call again.
