Veterans United was a pleasure to work with. Josh and his team were generally right on top of everything throughout the loan process. Thanks to them, we were able to get a VA loan. We had never applied for one before since my husband got out of the service in 1969. Josh taught us a lot during the process. Buying real estate is stressful enough, but add the move across country to a new State and new community, it becomes especially stressful. The team that Veterans United put together to help my 100% disabled veteran husband and myself made it all possible for us to move to be closer to our family.
Tried to cancel the loan and was unsuccessful, now I have to deal with all the late payments and penalties on my own due to their incompetency. Funding was 2 weeks late from closing and the final closing was changed multiple times after the notary copy was signed.

This is my 4th experience with obtaining a loan for home/land and was by far the easiest and less stressful. The ability to text and call your loan officer paired with the ability to upload documents through a user-friendly app far outweighs working between set bank hours and communicating through voicemail. I will work with Veterans United for all future loan needs. Thank you for everything!
