Whatever your model and training you have done it shows! Each member is an asset to VU and veterans like myself. Communication, no breakdowns on that but the best breakdowns when it came to my loan! Thank you for helping me and my fellow service member through the Home buying process. There are many obstacles which were mole hills with help from the veterans united.
My only recommendation would be for Veterans United to not lock the closing disclosure documents on the day of signing. We noticed in the evening of the signing that the documents were locked and we wanted to review them before the signing. Aside from that, all was very good.
I am not given to gushing over people who do their job well. Victoria was great. Thomas worked hard. The Veterans united team got it done efficiently and effectively.
