Both my loan officer and my concierge went to a business conference on the day my loan documents needed completed. I firmly believe that had I not gotten on the phone and pushed for extra effort from them, the title company, and my realtor, the loan would not have closed as scheduled and I would have been homeless over the Memorial holiday weekend. Although I am sure I was very annoying, they all pulled together the final day and got things done and got us into our new home pretty much right on schedule.
