There is a problem at Veterans United and some of the staff. First, the ToDo list that I sent every document through was not checked thoroughly and I had to resubmit the same page several times. The closing documents frequently had the wrong information and when I asked about them, Robert only said he’d “fix” the problem, but didn’t explained why they wrong. There are too many issues to address and frankly, I doubt anyone will even read this or call me for further investigation. Plain and simple, Robert was unprofessional to us and our realtor. I hope that Robert finds a new job and quick so that no one else has to deal with his problems.

The Veterans United team was awesome. It was great to have all the people I worked with in one place. Great job!

I was able to celebrate two major milestones in my life effortlessly thanks to you guys. #1 getting married and #2 moving in to our first house together in the same month. It was a hectic month but with the expert help and clear communications, it was a breeze getting through the whole process. Only thing missing now is the picket fence. Thank you!

This is my first home-buying experience. I have heard some horror stories over the years and never thought I would be able to buy a house. This team stood by me through everything including a lazy real estate agent (not mine). They got me through it all! I am extremely happy and excited about my first home!

Once the loan passes the loan officer. The ball was dropped nobody reached out didn't answer when I called. There is no excuse for making me get a letter from my employer saying it would be ok if I buy a house in Oklahoma 10 miles away from the current mailing address
