If you want an extremely easy home buying experience, use Veterans United! I was thoroughly impressed with the vast services and discounts available to me by using their services. Whenever I had questions or issues, I had them answered and resolved within 24hrs. The whole experience was fantastic!
Veterans United Home Loans never lets us down. We have now done a mortgage and a refinance through them, and we couldn't be happier. Overall, the process was underwhelming—lots of hidden fees. Communication was only good when they needed something signed at the last minute. I felt like I did a lot of the leg work, but if we were supposed to be a team, it shouldn't feel like that, and their fees are a bit higher than the competitors; overall, if I had more time, I would choose someone else. However, the app is super beneficial, which was the best part of the process.

The whole team was spot on, never missed a beat. In truth having been through this before this was the absolutely the best experience I have had. They understood what was needed on all fronts. This is the second time I’ve used Veterans United and I have been very pleased with the experience. Everyone is easy to get a hold of, and communicates effectively. They were always willing and available to help out, I appreciate the service.
The only problem was getting calls or text about not being able to find paperwork that had already been approved on the app.
