Ok, I've bought a few houses over the years and never truely understood all of the things that went into loan approval. This time, I wasn't in any rush to make a purchase and had questions throughout the process. VU is very transparent all along the way and made the process less burdensome than any other loan I have persued. Even Kerri my realtor was talking to the Title agency gal about how easy it was to work with VU. Congrats to you all for an amazing program.
This team is A1. From the start to finish. Would recommend them to anyone. The literally hold your hand and walk you through the process so smoothly! Without them I wouldn't be able to get a home! Trust the process because they'll get you to the finish line!
The Whole team was with me every step of the way. They kept me constantly informed and updated me regularly. Communication was never an issue. Sam my loan officer also was straightforward with any fees and or charges and made sure to look out for my well being when it came to contracts. Lori my real estate agent was wonderful in helping me purchase a house and do walk through im just sad I can’t rate them an 11/10

United veterans group deserves a rating of 20 out of 20. I decided on the spur of the moment to move back to the United States after being out of the country for over 10 years needless to say it was not an easy move but buying this house and dealing with United veterans was the easiest thing I’ve done in a long time. Aaron and his team made my first time buying a home the most effortless thing, no stress, no worry, just pure joy. They are an amazing group. I cannot recommend them enough thank you guys. You did awesome.
